01What do I need to start?
A Telegram account, or an email address for the web panel, and a balance in your wallet. A bank card top-up may ask you to verify your identity.
02Are my Telegram account and web panel account the same?
Yes. A one-time code from the bot links your web panel account to your Telegram account, so they share the wallet and the servers.
03Which operating systems can I install?
Each plan's operating systems are listed when you create the server in the bot or on the web panel.
04How is traffic counted?
Each plan's traffic allowance is listed with its specs. You are warned before it runs out, and when it does the server is powered off, not deleted.
05How do I delete a server?
From your server list in the bot or on the web panel. Deleting a server stops its charge.
06Where do I get help?
Message support from the button in the bot or on the support site; the reply arrives in the same conversation.
