02Billing

How you are charged.

01How is a server charged to my wallet?

Every plan has its own billing period. An hourly plan is charged for every hour the server exists, and a monthly plan for every month.

02Does turning a server off stop the charge?

No. A server is charged while it exists, on or off. To stop the charge, delete the server.

03What happens when my wallet runs out?

The server is powered off and kept for a grace period. Topping up turns it back on; if the grace period ends first, the server is deleted.

04Why do prices change?

A plan's price is built from the provider's cost and the exchange rate, so it moves with the exchange rate. The price is always shown before you pay.
