- Any illegal activity or abuse results in the immediate removal of the service, with no refund.
- Prices are based on the live currency exchange rate and may change.
- The cost of hourly servers is deducted from your balance for every hour, and periodic servers (monthly plans) are paid in full at the start of each period. In both cases, please keep your balance topped up.
- Amounts you have topped up cannot be refunded and can only be used to buy services.
- Abuse, and receiving abuse reports for servers, leads to a cash penalty and, ultimately, the suspension of your account.
- If your wallet balance runs out, your servers are deleted after 3 hours, but you can take certain actions to extend this period.
- Because of the nature of cloud and virtual servers and the particular conditions of the internet in the country, in most cases the IP address delivered by the bot cannot be checked before delivery. For this reason, we are unable to give any guarantee in this regard.
