Scope of this policy
This policy covers every service CloudSnap provides, including the website, the Telegram bot, the customer panel, the support site and our APIs. On this page “CloudSnap”, “we” and “the services” refer to all of these, and “you” means anyone who uses them.
This policy does not cover the content you store or process on your own servers. That content is yours; we do not access it except at your request or where the law requires it, and you are responsible for the privacy of the users of anything you run on your servers.
Information you give us
- Account information: such as your name, email address, Telegram account details and the settings you enter when you create and use your account.
- Identity verification: where it is needed for certain services, for account security or by law, we may ask for identity information and documents. They are used only for that purpose and kept with extra protection.
- Payment and billing information: the amount and status of payments, wallet top-ups and transactions. Payments go through payment gateways, and your bank card details are not entered on our website.
- Communications: the messages, files and information you send us in support conversations or feedback.
Information collected when you use the services
- Service information: the servers and services you order, their configuration, the IP addresses assigned to them and their resource and traffic usage, which we need to provide and bill the service.
- Technical information and logs: IP address, device and browser type, sign-in times and important account activity, recorded for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
- Cookies and similar technologies: to keep you signed in, remember your settings and measure website visits statistically. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, although some parts may then not work properly.
Information we receive from others
We may receive information from partners we work with to provide the service; for example, a payment approval or decline from a payment gateway, the result of an identity check, or an abuse report that an infrastructure provider sends us about a server.
How we use your information
- Providing the service: creating, running and managing the servers and services you order.
- Billing: calculating charges, managing your wallet and keeping financial records.
- Security and abuse prevention: protecting your account, detecting suspicious or fraudulent activity and handling abuse reports.
- Communicating with you: answering support requests and sending important notices about your account and services, such as renewal reminders or outage notices. If we send promotional messages, you can opt out of them.
- Improving the services: aggregate, statistical analysis of usage to improve the experience and the quality of the service.
- Legal obligations: responding to valid legal requests and keeping the records the law requires.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information or give it to others for advertising. Information is shared only in these cases, and only as far as needed:
- Infrastructure providers on which your servers are created and run.
- Service partners that help us provide the service, such as payment, identity verification, messaging, support and analytics services. They can access information only to do that work.
- Authorities, when the law or a valid legal request requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety and property of our users and of CloudSnap.
- In a merger, acquisition or change of ownership of the business, information may pass to the new owner and will stay protected under this policy.
International transfers
Our servers and partners operate in many countries, so some of your information may be processed or stored in a country other than the one you live in. When that happens, we aim to keep the same level of protection described in this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active or as long as it is needed to provide the service. After that, we delete or anonymise information we no longer need, except what is required for legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or keeping financial records.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, extra protection for sensitive information and access limited to the people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however. Please protect your account and do not share your sign-in details with anyone.
Your rights and choices
- Access: you can ask what information we hold about you.
- Correction: you can correct inaccurate or incomplete information, or ask us to.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account and information, except what we must keep by law or to settle your account.
- Objection and restriction: you can object to some uses, such as promotional messages.
To use these rights, contact our support. Before acting on a request we may verify your identity, to protect your account.
Children
CloudSnap’s services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe such information has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.
Other sites and services
Our services may link to sites or services run by others, such as Telegram or payment gateways. Their own privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
Information received from Google services
Some of CloudSnap’s internal tools use Google APIs to access Google accounts that belong to CloudSnap. Information received is used only to operate our services; it is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train generalised AI models.
CloudSnap’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date, and we will tell you through the services about any significant change. Continuing to use the services after a change is published means you accept it.
